Dinner with the girls. My side kicks only had appetizers/salad after heavy hors d'oeuvres wine. Had steamed artichoke. She was happy with this. Two of them had the King crab, avocado romaine salad with a creamy dressing. Lots of crab, small head of romaine well worth the $22 price. The only entree tonight was the day boat scallops which were perfectly seared. Lobster sauce was reminiscent of Mac cheese ? . Lots of sa... View all feedback.
What Krystle M doesn't like about Cannon's:
Was not worth the price. We ordered the macadamia nut swordfish and the prime rib. Swordfish was way too sweet from the breading. Prime rib had no flavor and the au jus needed salt or something. Sadly vegetables were the best part. The view was nice though View all feedback.
Having dinner with the family. Delicious food and great friendly service. Rumor has it, they are closed. They ARE NOT so come on by. We are taking a mud pie to go.

Meh, is the perfect word for Cannons. View: 5 stars Amazing. Service: Friendly, but average. Food: Did I mention the view is amazing?
I came here last night 7/21/08 on a Monday for a wedding. Who gets married on a Monday night you ask? Apparently my good friends Kami and Mike did. It was two years ago, they went on their first date. So being a good friend of theirs, yours truely was the Asian paparazzi taking all the photos on this special day. So this review will be from a wedding point of view. This place opens their door for dinner at 4:30pm. Upon arrival, you will notice the oversize glass windows. Just about every seat here has a view of the harbor. Even dining al fresco was refreshing in their patio area. They broke out the heat lamps for us in case we were cold. Being a foodie that I am, here are the pictures of what we had for dinner: Sushi appetizers [hidden link] I didn't have any....booo.... Fruite plate [hidden link] Caesar Salad [hidden link] Canons Salad [hidden link] This was the best salad here...it comes with candied walnuts, apples, gorgonzola, carrots, greens tossed with balsamic vinaigrette. I actually make a similar salad at home with spinach instead. Greek Salad [hidden link] Soba nooodles [hidden link] surprisingly good, has a zing and a zest to it. Mahi mahi with pineapples [hidden link] bit blend. Sirloin tip [hidden link] tasty and delicious Canons chicken [hidden link] moist, tasty, but nothing out of this world for chicken. Pepper crusted filet meddallions [hidden link] Best dish here! tender, tasty, done well on a macro level. Garlic mashed potatos [hidden link] tasty, creamy, yummy. Vegetables [hidden link] Zucchini overload, need I say more? The food here was good but the service here was unbelievably better especially at our table. Top props to Karen and Chase, they exemplify the perfect classy service for this restaurant. I would totally recommend this place for a small size wedding to others who enjoys good food, great views, and wonderful service.

House cab was decent $14 . House rolls were GOOD! Crusty round sourdough with tender soft inside. 4 star meal. Nice view. Would gladly return.
