Laki's Lounge - Dambulla

The address displayed on google maps was correct. it took a long time and few phone calls to find the right place. with google for their inefficiencies. because they cannot find a restaurant in the center of a tower. the owners say that they have lost many customers and tried to correct the error with google, the answer they receive from google is their processing can not be checked there that we do not publish. it is the owner who says that the address is wrong, so what is there to check, unless they visit the delimitation themselves. these pictures look like they were at a circular traffic. eating and service was excellent.

Great find a bit outside of dambulla! New place, lovely owner, finally a different, but local menu if you're fed up of rice kottu. We were tempted by the few, but great ratings and were not disappointed. A tuk tuk from the clock tower will get you there for 100-150, it's absolutely worth it as options in town are rather sad. Watching the crazy traffic from the open roof above the road level is extra fun.

Fantastic food! Definitely the best in Sr Lanka! My favorite dish was Rasta Pasta with coconut curry. The stuff is very friendly, helped us with catching the bus.

Great food and service. We had a lovely meal with a fusion twist. This fairly new restaurant is a bit outside town, nice location and decoration. The address in Google was wrong (see correct address in the pic attached). A tuk-tuk will charge you 150rp from dambulla watch tower.

What a great restaurant !! We stopped a lot of time here during our stay in Dambulla and it was always delicious. The owners and their family are lovely. Their homemade pudding are AMAZING <3 We took a cooking class with the owners and it was a great experience. Everything was really well explained in English and after the class we ate what we cooked. The price is really not expensive. If you want to try a cooking class or just enjoy a great meal, we recommend this lovely place.
