Starbucks - Damascus

Feeling a bit frustrated... I brought my children here, and when I asked the baristas for help finding a sugar free option for my only son, they ignored me. As a father of 4 children, I feel harassed at this Starbucks. Please consider any other Starbucks. The food is good however, but the service was dreadful.Kid-friendliness: They were horrible to my children. A worker used threatening language around me 3 daughters and my son. My twin daughters are 2, my eldest daughter is 5, and my son is 6. I felt horrible after eating here, and I would never bring my children here again. We were supposed to dine in, but I decided to get take out for my children's safety. My husband, my children, and I all left disappointed.

Like most Starbucks you never know what you're gonna get. Service was good, the kid in training did his best and I respect him for it. Both were kind, and drinks were good. I've also had not so good drinks and service here, hence the 3 instead of 4 or 5 stars.

One of the crappiest Starbucks I've ever been to, not because of the place or quality but because of the service and the staff itself. I dunno if it's because I'm from California and stand out like a sore thumb with Santa Cruz apparel all over (I only say that cause I've gotten nothing but looks) but I'm super friendly, polite and always tip, but the people here were super unwelcoming, I said hey hello good morning, happy new year and the lady blank stares me in the face and goes what do you want to order?? I dunno, it was my first crappy Starbucks experience and this is from someone that's been to over 100 different Starbucks locations : they were both white girls with buns, I dunno if that helps but they proceeded to greet all the other people nicely.

Standard but baristas are so friendly and remember my order and name. Good caffeine stop after grocery shopping.
