We tried Sky Kitchen for the first time this evening, and it was a great experience! The website was user-friendly and made ordering a breeze (yay!). Since we usually live too far for most restaurants to deliver to us, getting our order delivered felt like a special treat. This restaurant is usually fantastic, but I need to share my experience from tonight. The chef was yelling loudly at the young woman who was answering the phone and taking orders, and my food arrived nearly half an hour late. I hope this is just a temporary issue, as the place was crowded and it seemed like many others were facing similar delays. View all feedback.
Well, when they first opened I tried them and liked the menu. However, in the short time I've been using them they have gone downhill. When you order ONLINE you MUST include a TIP, WHY? I put in $0.01 and when I went to checkout it was changed to $4.98. I changed it back and it stuck. This is in addition to the $1.00 SERVICE FEE. The service is quick; hot sour soup is very good, except I feel cheated every time a large soup is ordered, I'm only provided with one little bag of noodles. That is cheating the customer. Two packs are standard at all Chinese restaurant when a large soup is purchased. The lication is convenient to my home but I'd like to get what I'm paying for without having to check each time.
Terrible food terrible service. I ordered THREE chow mein dishes. Chow mein ?A chinese-style dish of fried noodles with shredded meat or seafood and vegetables? she argued with me that chow mein is just vegetables... what I received was the worst Chinese food I have ever received. Tasteless, slimy, watery cabbage and onions. The woman helping me over the phone would not exchange my food for the correct order when I picked it up, terrible service terrible food. Would not
The food is delicious, and Serves is good, I enjoy this time. Next time, I will try some other food.
Great food. Great people. I've been a customer for over 5 years. Owner always pleasant when we come in. Soy sauce and fortune cookies available when paying. We drive down from new market. Worth the trip
