Got a bad service today. Went there to eat but instead we where told if we cant wait we can leave without letting us know the waiting time and line number which is common practice for restaurant operators. We are asking nicely but th guy is very rude. View all feedback.
Slow service. Waited an hour for a scheduled pick up order.
The food is great and service is awesome. Not many items on the menu make it better. Make sure to ask before ordering because the names are in Tagalog. Parking: Lots of parking.

The Max Restaurant at the Gellert Marketplace in Daly City was the worst branch I've ever experienced. The service was incredibly poor, and here's why:My mom and I ordered crispy tokwa, fresh lumpia, and buko pandan, but after 45 minutes of waiting and seeing another table's order arrive before ours, I had to inquire about our order with Ms. Jhoy, who I assumed was the manager.She dismissed me and claimed the kitchen was preparing our order, despite other tables receiving their food promptly. When I questioned why our order was taking longer, she raised her voice and made excuses.Eventually, our order arrived, but the server admitted it hadn't been processed because it wasn't printed.This level of service is unacceptable. Although the food was good, the lack of apology and assurance from the team leader demonstrated a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.
