zaxby has pretty good huh. sometimes the weight can be a bit long when they try to go to the drive-thru, but for the biggest part it is pretty good. also the salads are present. I don't always go here, but at any time I want a good salate that I really don't mind driving the distance to get one because the salate here is full of mine. I hope you have your meals. If I could give zero stars, I would. We had to wait 10 minutes for a grilled chicken sandwich, and they didn't even put the toppings on it. When we approached the staff about it, they asked, “You only want the patty?” After we explained that we wanted everything they forgot to include, they returned with the same old, soggy fries that we had received initially. I ordered sandwiches and the cashier told me they don't come with zaxby's sauce. He was really mean. While before everytime I order a sandwich I always get a sauce.
Zaxby s used to be one of the best places for chicken ..... enter covid and the puppet masters who will pay people more to stay home then actually work and the people that are there act like someone killed their puppy... RUDEST SERVICE EVER!! And the order was wrong the last two times.
Sometimes you're just in the mood for some quick food, and Zaxby's never disappoints. Great service at this location. It was clean and the food was as expected at any of their locations. Love this spot
Visited this Zaxby’s several times. Friendly staff, fresh, hot food. The Cobb salad was really good. No issues during any of my visits.
