Taco Bell - Dalton

The food was okay, but our order was incorrect. Some items were missing even though we specifically asked for them to be included. The customer service was horrible; we would give it a negative 5 stars if we could. When we realized something was missing from our order, we went to the front and my husband spoke to the staff. The service we received was incredibly rude. They initially said they would rectify the mistake, but then they started yelling and cursing at my husband, telling us we had to use the drive-through and that we were not special. This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had.

I ordered a Sierra Mist at the drive-thru. Upon later inspection, I discovered that the drink was entirely carbonated water. I called to inform the restaurant, and the manager was unpleasant and did not acknowledge the mistake. I called as a courtesy. The friendly greeting at the window is insincere.

The food was delicious and served hot. The burrito was good, but a bit on the spicy side. Service was quick. Overall, just your average taco joint.

Luv the young who work there. they are always nice and friendly and helpful.
