The restaurant urgently needs to improve their communication system at the drive-thru. It has been subpar for years, resulting in a frustrating ordering process. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect when I checked it, as usual. Additionally, it has been a while since they displayed the Stars and Stripes flag. Please refer to the attached pictures. In terms of service, I rate it a 2 out of 5, while the food quality received a 4 out of 5. The atmosphere also earned a 2 out of 5. Overall, the average price per person for a meal ranges from $10 to $20.

I'm usually not a fan of Subway, but this experience was top shelf! The staff went above beyond to serve us. The place was spotlessly clean and the food was the best I've ever experienced from Subway. The young man that built my sandwich, took pride in creating something I'd like! Yesterday, my family and I went to dine at a restaurant. It was just us at the time, and the server was taking her time and chatting with her coworker, causing us to wait a long time for our food. Unfortunately, she forgot the avocado on my Mexicali sub. She was laughing and making jokes while we were patiently waiting, but as soon as a line formed, she disappeared. I informed the manager that my sub was missing avocado, and the server tried to claim that she had put it on there, but I knew she hadn't. The manager apologized for her behavior, but it was disappointing that one employee could ruin the atmosphere of the place. It was a terrible experience for me, my kids, and my husband. The server's attitude was awful, and if she doesn't like her job, she should find another one or change her attitude. The manager was kind, but it's a shame that the server's behavior overshadowed that. It was humiliating to be treated as a burden for simply ordering food. The server needs to improve her attitude and professionalism. She wasn't even wearing the proper serving attire, which added to the poor experience. It's frustrating to work hard for your money and not receive the service you expect. Overall, the food received a rating of 2, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1. Service type was dine-in for dinner, with a price range of $30-50 per person.
