Los Pablos - Dalton
Los Pablos
Description
Los Pablos offers an intriguing blend of experiences for diners seeking Mexican cuisine. While many reviews praise its affordable prices, authentic flavors, and efficient service, others express disappointment in food quality and cleanliness. Highlights include standout dishes like Chile Poblano Relleno and flavorful shrimp tacos. However, some patrons encountered rushed service, underwhelming appetizers, and concerns over processed ingredients. The atmosphere is casual, making it a decent stop for a quick meal, though the inconsistent feedback suggests diners may want to approach with tempered expectations. Overall, it remains a point of interest in the local culinary landscape.

Quick service. That's it. My appetizer came out with my burrito. This has to be the smallest burrito in the world. I've been here twice I will not be going back. I feel rushed. Only 1 glass of water. This happened the last time I was there. DO NOT GO! I give honest reviews. I have over 98,000 reviews. Catch me on the Twitter @cubbieblu72 or Instagram Cory Jurs
My daughter I ate here for lunch. I had shrimp tacos she had steak nachos. My tacos were pretty good. Her steak was tender had great flavor. Service was good prompt. A little language barrier, but other than that, I will be back.
I absolutely love this restaurant! They serve the best food that any restaurant should offer. Los Pablos is, without a doubt, the best Mexican restaurant I've ever been to, far surpassing Los Rayes.
While on our way to Nashville, we stopped in the area for gas and decided to see if there were any decent dining options nearby. We chose this place based on solid Yelp reviews, but it turned out to be a mistake. Nothing was homemade; the salsa tasted like it was straight from the store—think Tostitos, but even worse. My sister ended up choking on a pepper stem, which was unfortunate. To make matters worse, my water was served in a cracked cup, and we didn’t realize it was leaking until a quarter of the table was covered in water. We had to clean up the mess ourselves. The water had a strange taste, too. The food arrived far too quickly, which is a clear sign that it was all pre-processed. We ordered a chalupa as part of a combo, but instead received a stale tostada, which was really disappointing. The combo included an enchilada smothered in a mysterious brown sauce that tasted extremely processed. And don’t even get me started on the cheese—it made us gag. It tasted like Kraft single white cheese, and we couldn’t eat it. The cheese sprinkled on top of the dishes was just as bad. The meat tasted exactly like the meat you’d find on elementary school lunch nachos. To top it all off, the service was rude. When we asked for a minute to decide on our order, the waiter visibly showed his annoyance and insisted we had only one more minute before we had to order. If you enjoy Taco Bell on an off day, then this place might be for you.
