What Lourdes Cortez doesn't like about Great American Cookies:
We ordered a cake for my son's birthday and when it was picked up they said their system was down so they could only accept cash. We had to pay the atm fee at the mall , because no one could call the customers to let them know ahead of time to bring cash. To top it off , they spelled my son's name wrong on the cake. Stale cookies will never go there again. 27.00 dollars worth of cookies and they want a 15 percent tip

Quality of taste delish Quality of design it wasnt what I was expecting but my daughter lovee it Quality of staff should pay more attention but over all done pretty good. Management: excellent, personally contacted me with the smallest of a situation, highly appreciated Over all 4.0 I will be going back again.
