The pizza is very good, but the buy one, get one free, is not accurate. I purchased 1 large pizza with pepperoni and extra cheese. It came with another pizza, of course, for the free one. The total was over $30. I do not think I’ve ever paid over $30 for a 14-16 inch pie, with 1 topping. I’d rather them just be honest about the price. The food is plenty good enough, and they’re fooling no one. Parking: Plenty of park... View all feedback.
What Karen Ford doesn't like about Gondolier Pizza:
Take out.. #2 in my top 3 worst pizzas I’ve ever had. I purchased a meat lovers pizza. Cheese with toppings was so thin, I peeled 7 pieces and made 1 piece. On a positive note the bread part was warm and not cold.. View all feedback.
Best Pizza and ranch dressing to be had! We love this place
Food is usually always delicious. Front end staff processing orders could benefit from training on cash register, menu, and customer service. Young female staff taking my order struggled with answering the phone and taking my order. She seemed very overwhelmed. More help during busy periods could be beneficial.
We had a large family dinner following my grandson's preschool graduation. The food was great, our waitress very capable and attentive with is taking up 3 tables. The littles had their own special table. Great experience. Food was great. More of my family will try a Stromboli next time! Parking: Gondoliers is in the same parking lot as Kroger on Cleveland Highway. Plenty of available parking. Kid-friendliness: Kids were allowed their own table and well taken care of with a friendly and supportive attitude. Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicapped parking right up front. Restraint is on parking level and easily accessible. Plenty of room inside to navigate wheelchair or otherwise. One of our party was in a wheelchair.

Worst Lasagna I ever had, it was very 'mushy '. The pickles/ranch, and salad were delicious.
