Fuji Japanese Steak Seafood Sushi House Fù Shì Hé Shí ステーキシーフードと Shòu Sī ハウス (fuji Japanese Steakhouse)

This place has good sushi by my standards. My wife and I went here for dinner. We order d two sushi roles and chicken teriyaki. All of the food was good. We are in the dining room so didn't get hibachi but it also looked good.

The food was absolutely deserving of a five-star rating; however, the waitress was unprofessional and quite rude. The hibachi chef was fantastic. I had to go to the front to request drinks and again to get the check, as there were no refills on drinks. I would consider returning, but it would definitely help if the quality of the service improved.

The service and food were outstanding. While some may disagree with the hostess's policy of requiring the entire party to be present before being seated, I can understand the reasoning behind it; it helps to avoid delaying other tables, and it is clearly stated as a policy. My son had a great time watching the cook, who was both friendly and entertaining.

The food was tasty, but I didn't receive what I had ordered. My sushi arrived only after I had already received the bill.
