Our fries were just thrown into two brown paper bags. It was very unsanitary. They were cold and greasy. The burgers were not prepared as ordered - I specifically said no bacon, but they were topped with bacon. It looked like one burger had a tomato on it at one point, but it appeared to have been removed before being served to us. It also seemed like the food had been sitting out for a while. Consistently serving hot, fresh, and delicious food. My only critique would be that occasionally they skimp on the Cajun seasoning for the fries. Overall, I give them a perfect score of 10/10. Also, I have found that they are more affordable when using the Five Guys app. View all feedback.
