**Dunkin' Donuts: A Mixed Bag of Experiences** At Dunkin' Donuts across multiple locations, coffee enthusiasts savor delightful brews and an impressive variety of donuts. While many patrons appreciate the cleanliness and some friendly staff interactions, service consistency remains a concern. Customers frequently express disappointment over the unfriendliness of certain employees and the hurried service, often feeling rushed or unacknowledged. The service was simply awful. There was no greeting, no offer to help, and no expressions of gratitude or invitations to return. Not even a smile! The staff was chatting amongst themselves while I was placing my order. While the food tasted good, its presentation was unappealing. To top it off, they handed me a bunch of dirty napkins—really unpleasant.
I always order their iced mocha latte, and it’s absolutely delicious.
Consistent good coffee! Always a busy location, but the service is fast!
I've been there before and never had any problems, but two weeks ago I went through drive thru and ordered a large fab caramel with a shot. Also 6 doughnuts and the doughnuts were so hard old like worse than day old. The fab was so not balanced it tastedlike more shot than caramel so I returned the doughnuts before even leaving the window. They look really mad. After all thedoughnuts are like $700 for 6 doughnuts. I should have returned the drink too. Want go back. Starbucks across the street. Thedoughnuts have changed not like when I was younger in Florida.
Donuts ???? were hard as a rock and the selection was not good either. We've given this location multiple visits and everytime we just haven't been pleased with the quality of the food. ????
