I asked, so I can 't get it through the drive thru? . She said no sir . Was it too much trouble for her to walk a few feet toget my food?

The food was so fantastic. The 2 guys in the window was phenomenal. The service was friendly fast and fresh. Itwas my best Arby's experience I have ever had. The food was so good me and my family will be back soon!! Thank yall so much!

Despite this issue, the staff was very friendly and accurately processed the entire order, which was a pleasant surprise. I recently had one of the best roast beef sandwiches from there in a while. I hope they keep up the good work and make more positive changes!
