Zoës Kitchen - Dallas/Ft Worth AP

I place the delivery order for a family dinner plus five kabobs and I was short five kabobs although they were not the extras that I added on and my cake plus there was no rice. I really like Zoe's Kitchen and we'll probably eat here again but I'm very upset that my order was not what it was supposed to be. And when I call the number it tells me to press 4 and then after a few rings it hangs up on me so there's no one to even let know of my issue very disappointed.

[4/2022] Do Not Waste Your Time being interviewed here. They think they come here to be on the phones, and the hiring manager wastes your time. A complete waste of time due to disorganized management. Food can’t be that good.

Great customer service! Employees very kind. Would have liked to have the variety of flavored teas found at some of the other locations. Over all well pleased.

Love Zoes Kitchen. This location is convenient to the downtown hospitals.

I came here for the first time, grabbed a salad and it was very good. I'll be back over to try something else new. Hopefully more spinach will be added to salads in the future. Thank you to the friendly and helpful staff.
