The best shrimp friend rice I’ve ever had in my life. The employees were so kind and friendly. It’s one lady who take calls over phone, works expo and speaks Spanish…. She’s freaking amazing. I got dropped off by Uber and didn’t realize that it was TAKEOUT only. The kind lady allowed me to sit in and made a talk for me to sit. Although, the a short of staff and remodeling, this place is a GEM! 10/10 for service, atmo... View all feedback.
What Jonathan Prusky doesn't like about Szechuan Chinese:
Currently they are take out only because of staffing and economic conditions. The Google reviews didn't mention anything about that or I would not have gone. The fried rice was terrible. View all feedback.

Love love love the beef broccoli in the egg rolls are so good
PLEASE...do yourself a favor and AVOID this place at all cost!! This is without a doubt the WORST Chinese food I've ever eaten. What a waste of $30! The food has ZERO flavor! If you want good Chinese, try Rice House Express in Garland. I had the unpleasant experience of eating their combination fried rice, lo mein, and beef/broccoli entrees. All were garbage. Their crispy noodles look like pretzels and tasted like trash. Prison commissary has more flavor and appeal. None of the entrees were seasoned and everything tasted like cardboard. (The cheap type . I will compliment them on their eggrolls. They were the only saving grace . Needless to say, this transactional kitchen will NEVER be getting any money from me in the future. And they don't deserve yours either.
Good food, fresh and authentic. Family run restaurant that u won’t regret visiting again and again.
The pork and hot cabbage soup came with no cabbage . The shrimp and scallop entrée came as a lunch portion and the fried rice was rice with egg and soy sauce, which is not fried rice. For the money spent, I would advise not to spend the money at this establishment. This was 30.00 worth of food from them!
