Starbucks - Dallas/Ft Worth AP

This Has got to be one of the most unpleasant Starbucks I went into I could have went to a gas station for this experience the Barista did not ask my name than set my drink on the bar with out calling out drink! Not to mention the young lady that took my order seemed a bit upset to work for the company! I worked for Starbucks for 7 years and it seems they would have trained better by now. Don’t work here if your not a people person date of visit 06/23/2022 at 8:30am ps this is the only TIP IM LEAVING THIS STAFF

This place is awesome BUT.... I tried calling 3 times to claim my breakfast sandwich that was left out of my order in the drive thru this morning. I'll be back to get it tomorrow... Thank love, -One hungry teacher

What a sweet welcoming experience! I came by here really quick , I was passing through this town as I was traveling to Frisco to see my sister. I was thirsty and saw a Starbucks hiding in a little shopping center , as I walked in I got a few welcoming smiles from the people who work there really cute place, very clean and is well taken care by those who were there. I got a strawberry açaí refresher very delicious ? thanks Starbucks never disappointed.

If I could give Ashley a negative star I would. She needs customer service training and really needs to learn how to talk to people. Her dry pretty much what do you want with a blank stare, followed by a slow down because she doesn 't pay attention, and lastly NAME almost yelling at you in front of every is utterly a disgrace. She should not be front facing if she doesn 't know basic/ remedial customer service skills. I recommend additional training and or putting her somewhere in the store not interacting with customers. I 'll try again and see what happens. It 's almost comical!!

Probably one of the worse Starbucks I've been to. Usually k am greeted by whom ever in there. No greeting AT ALL. I ordered pick up so it would be fast only to see my drink half full. Tried to ask the lady behind the counter about my drink to be ignored when she was JUST talking and being very friendly to the guy in front of me. Another lady approached me and asked if I needed help. Showed her my cup and asked why half full. She explained to me basically that's what I get when I request NO ICE. This has NEVER happened before. She filled it with foam and I left because I didn't fell like the argument. Before I could even get out the door the employees gather together and start talking as she points to me out the window. Horrible customer service. Very unfriendly. This the worse location I've EVER been to.
