Hope I have the right Sonic the one across from Jesuit. Go here everyday for tea. Yesterday the drive thru lady was absolutely horrible. Very aggressive with customers on the speaker and at the window. Never had that bad of service. I think she even embarrassed the other staff. It was tempting to call her out. The business deserves better. Manager should do better. Find her and fire her View all feedback.
Absolutely Terrible !!! Incredibly slow service and when they finally brought my order it was wrong. I sent them back and they returned with the wrong item again. Save yourself and go elsewhere

It would be nice if the people taking orders actually knew the menu. I ordered the garlic butter bacon cheeseburger and said no onions. She put Add Grilled Onions, so I reiterated, I wanted that with no onions, please. I could hear her sigh and then she removed the add onions part, but never put No Onions in the order. I said again, no onions, please. She just said okay and asked what else. I figured maybe the menu description was incorrect saying it had onions...but nope. Got home and the burger had, AS THE MENU SAYS, onions. Food would have been great had she known the menu and to add my no onions request to my order.

It was ok, I don't recommend the popcorn chicken though, mine were burnt, cold, and had almost no chicken in them. Not satisfied because of the price, your mileage may vary.
