What Bossman Dontrustgooge doesn't like about Scardello:
Nice folks, good cheese. Minimal flavored cheese just the good stuff. The guy claimed to have had Stinking Bishop one year! We got about a half pound of Roquefort (15), a little 10 year old cheddar, some Taleggio, some Smoking Goose paté, and a nice crusty loaf of French bread (47 all together). We are fortunate to have a cheese shop like Scardello in our area. The staff is knowledgeable and always welcoming. They take the time to ask about your cheese preferences and provide recommendations along with samples. If you have a passion for cheese and appreciate high quality and excellent service, this is the perfect spot for you.
The service here is consistently excellent, and the cheese boards are simply exceptional. They even selected some wines for me and had everything prepared for me to pick up! I highly recommend ordering a cheese board for takeout!
