Rusty Taco - Dallas/Ft Worth AP

Brought a group of friends in here from work because of my love for nachos. I believe everyone ended up ordering the nachos and Rusty Taco did not disappoint! I ordered the brisket nachos and wow!! First off, they give you a giant helping of nachos topped with queso, BBQ sauce, and lots of brisket. Yum! Rusty also has some great tacos and good selection.

I love their food. The chips just melt in your mouth. Danny there went the extra mile to make sure I really enjoyed my lunch. I appreciate his full of life attitude and customer service. It made my day. Thank you for a great lunch.

What is with this place? I’m just here to echo the sentiment of previous reviews based on having THREE similar experiences at this location. I place online to-go orders for work often and it has NEVER been ready at the specified time. I’ve waited 30+ minutes in store after the pick up time. There’s zero acknowledgement when you walk in, zero apology when leaving, just zero customer service overall. I’m writing this as today I’ve waited in store 10 minutes for an order I placed 25 minutes ago… consisting of 3 measly tacos. You’ve officially lost me and my work place’s business.

Very good food. Lots of different tacos to choose from. The green sauce is amazing.

It always amazes me how chains like this can be SO good at one location then terrible at another. This place is definitely the other. Very disappointing. I don't mind paying this much for a taco if what you get is tasty. Not the case here. I should of known something was wrong when I walked in at lunch time it was dead. We were literally the only people in there, at the time when google says is their busiest time. Guess everyone down here in Oak lawn knows about this place but me. only giving 2 stars because the cashier was very nice.
