I had the catfish basket. The food was hot. The fish and the fries were crispy, and the tartar sauce was out of sight! The hush puppies were flavorful and not overcooked. Everything tasted as if the oil was changed regularly.No mushy fish. No aftertaste from old oil. Those are usually the things that ruin places like this. Make sure you ask for your receipt before you pay. I was charged without being shown a receipt and wondered why the bill was so high. I asked the waitress if I can get a copy of my receipt and noticed she had charged 25% for her tip already, which came out to be $27 for tip. My first experience here was good and I was pleased with service and food. But I came the next week and got the same plus shrimp and the shrimp were disgusting. Not cleaned at all which is gross so I do not recommend. Not only that my son and I got up to use restroom and they threw all of our food away. I would have taken home his leftover catfish so that’s pretty rude and wasteful. ?

Place is not authentic at all! Shrimp was soggy and the flavor, wait what FLAVOR!!!! Will never recommend this place to anyone. I’m so disappointed I wasted my money. Oh…by the way they charge u a service fee! Like u forcersly leaving a Tip “ for service” WOW!! Really don’t waste ur money here.
