Rice Bowl Express - Dallas/Ft Worth AP

This used to be my favorite place, since they open up, food is really great but always when I order vegetables soup they said that they not sell any soup when I used to buy it every time I go there but this guy has a terrible actitud and is really rude taking the orders I used to go inside but for this reason i chose to order by the driver thru but alway is the the same problem with this guy I don't know if he is the manager but the owner should take care more of his stablishment.

The WORST customer service I have ever received in my life. Please!! Don't buy here!!! They are ALL foul-mouthed, they have no manners and much less know how to talk to a client! The most disgusting customer service I have ever seen!!!!!!

I eat every week and the food be good but today the fried rice had no flavor like they just warmed up brown rice and had lil to no vegetables put it on my plate I wish they do better next time

Place is terrible no fountain drinks, food quality has gone downhill use to be my favorite Chinese place for takeout not anymore take your service somewhere else

Large portions! Lots of vegetables . The pot sticker was delicious, tasted grilled, chicken.
