Been here 3 times at night,. Took forever, two of the 3 times my order was wrong, gave them about three more tries every single time I order has been incorrect and they look at you like if you’re not Hispanic, you are a piece of trash or something or if you are Hispanic and you don’t speak Spanish you’re still a piece of trash. No customer service at all. Please train employees to have some customer service.
This particular store has a shady atmosphere, the staff is not properly uniformed, the place is dirty and looks disorganized. You cannot tell who is the manager.My experience was the worst, being one of only 2 customers in, I ordered 2 bobba drinks, 1 of each kind. 20 minutes to serve the drink which is already prepared and in a fridge. Then the employee pulled a gangster poket knife out to open the bobba bags! When he was pouring the second cup out of the same jar, I pointed out I order 1 of each kind, he looked me in the eye and said, "they are pretty much the same thing. "At the end he gave me two regular straws, because they ran out of the other kind. That was the Cherry on top of the cake. The only good thing he did was to agree on giving me my money back. I am never ever going to stop by this Jack in the box location.

I went to this location and ordered two sets of egg rolls for my kids. I went back to the location to get a new set due to them being burnt. I asked for them to remake it. He stated that I ordered the eggrolls over 31 minutes ago, which is false since I live 3 minutes away from the location, so at max, it was 10-15min. He proceeded to close the window and handed me a refund, I waited, and he opened the window and stated that he wasn't remaking the order and slammed the window. It is unfortunate that a business would have rude and nasty people working. I understand that we all have bad days, but there is a wrong and right way to handle customer complaints. I would suggest that you guys do better training with the workers.
