07/08/23: I went to Empire Baking this afternoon to pick up an order. Can’t believe I’ve never been here before. Everything looked delicious!!!! I wanted a sample of all the goodies. Can’t wait to go again. Be aware that google maps will take you to the back of the bakery aka the delivery truck entrance. That’s what happened to me today. The main entrance is off of University. There are around 6-8 parking spots in front. The parking lot is pretty small, so is the bakery itself. Not a shot at the bakery, just sharing..

Monday, June 05, 2023. I tried the new salad: Nicoise Salad. It was really good. I bought one other can't wait to try it tomorrow. Great job on the new salads!
