I grew up with Dunkin Donuts now Dunkin'. Their donuts has the same quality and consistent taste all these years. I have not tried any other items here but donuts and their special drinks. The lady who helped us was very nice and helpful. The store was clean but empty during our visit. I forgot to take pictures... Ooops. View all feedback.
What WRL doesn't like about Dunkin':
Walked in, waited 5 minutes in line. There was only lady in front of me. We were both completely ignored while the two employees served the drive through line. Walked out. There’s a reason this store is rated so low. View all feedback.
It has an inside with posted hours, but it was locked. Cashier pointed out that it is a drive thru. Well, then post that your inside lobby is locked and not being used. That is false advertisement for someone that looks up the place.

We showed up at 1140 on a Tuesday. The dine-in area was locked with no sign, we had to go through the drive-through, and they proceeded to get 50% of the order wrong. We paid for stale food, terrible coffee, and an attitude. I would not recommend ever giving this place a try.
This location has really friendly staff. Love the seasonal offerings.
The service was great. (Very energetic young lady helped us) The doughnuts weren't bad either.
