Wnb Factory Wings Burgers Tenders

I visited this location Monday, 24 October, 2022 @1:03 pm. I haven 't been at WNB since July. There was a customer complaining at the window when I arrived. Because, It 's been a while, I chose to view the menu from the right side. So, that I could seethe menu. The black, 60 something year old lady behind the counter told me that I had to order at the register. I say, ok! Shestated order when your ready. While speaking rudely to the staff! I then over heard her saying to 2 different customers,something about having a bad attitude! I had to ask her if she was referring to me? She stated, that I didn 't know her!! Isaid, that wasn 't what I asked!! She said, No, I 'm not speaking about you! I told her that, it was a good thing!! WNB has asign posted, all good reviews will receive a free milkshake. In my opinion...as long as, this woman is working behind thecounter ,WNB won 't have a positive experience! To make matters worse this woman decides that, when my order was ready she wouldhave the kitchen staff give me my order!!?? She should be terminated or placed in the back away from the public, she isn 'tfriendly, nor is she a people person! She shouldn 't be the 1st person we meet!! I gave 2 WNB ?? because, the burger wasdelicious! The wings was salty and fried too hard!

This review definitely has a positive turnaround, I assure you! We first visited this place shortly after it opened but didn't return due to the unsatisfactory service we experienced at that time. It was disappointing because we had enjoyed other WnB locations and really hoped this one would measure up, but it didn't. However, we later learned that management had changed, so we decided to give it another shot a while back, and we're so glad we did! Now, we go to this location about once a week, and each time we've enjoyed hot, delicious food. We've sampled a variety of dishes, from the Philly cheesesteaks to the wings and tenders, and we've liked every one of them. I especially love the sea salt brined fries. We don’t mind waiting a little for our meals because we always plan to dine in. Every visit has been met with tasty food and friendly service, no matter the day or time. Ms. Michelle always ensures we are well taken care of!

I visited today for some delicious fries (which were amazing, as always), and the young lady at the front was incredibly kind and friendly. We had a lovely conversation while I waited for my order. Her customer service was truly outstanding!

This WNB is now under new management, but unfortunately, the food quality doesn't seem to have improved. The fries were just okay; they tasted like they had been sitting out for a while, and it seems they thought adding hot cheese would fix that. It definitely didn't. On the plus side, the cauliflower bites were surprisingly hot when I got home (I live just 5 minutes away) and they were pretty good. However, the cheese steaks were lacking in meat, cheese, and pretty much everything else. Sadly, it appears that nothing has really changed. I think I'll stick with the Mirror Lake location from now on.

I just enjoyed some delicious wings, and my husband had the steak burger, which he absolutely loved!
