I'm not sure what the problem is, but the wings I tried yesterday were unacceptable. I ordered three flavors: original, Cajun, and mango habanero (as shown in the picture). All three were extremely dry and lacked seasoning. None of the wings had the distinct flavor they were supposed to, making me feel like I might as well have just ordered plain wings. Additionally, I ordered a large fries, but the portion I received was more like a kids' serving.
