Urban Taco Mockingbird Station - Dallas

The food and drinks at this restaurant were fantastic, but unfortunately, the service was very poor. It took 20 minutes just to get water, and another twenty minutes before someone took our drink order. My husband had to go to the bar to get someone's attention. The manager or bartender did try to make things right by giving us free chips and guacamole to make up for the inconvenience, but our assigned server never came by our table. This ruined our evening, as we had been looking forward to enjoying good food and drinks before heading to a comedy club. We weren't able to truly enjoy the experience as we had hoped.

Urban Taco closed at 6:00pm and was not open for this reservation. The staff didn't seem to care that they were still taking reservations on Open Table, even though they were not open.

This restaurant is a highly popular spot, so it can be difficult to find a table without making reservations in advance. The service is excellent, but there may be a wait on busy nights. The menu offers fantastic options, but the prices are high compared to other places. Despite the cost, the tacos are unmatched, although they are on the smaller side. The decor is simple and not particularly noteworthy - the main focus here is on the delicious tacos.

Urban Taco always delivers. The customer service is top-notch and the food is delicious.
