Our waitress was exceptional during our visit - she was polite, kept our drinks filled, and our food was served promptly. What User doesn't like about The Cheesecake Factory:
This was my first time trying this restaurant. I've heard a lot about it and how good it is. We went to celebrate my step-daughters new job and the passing of her test. When I first walked in I was automatically amazed by all the different mouthwatering cheese cakes and the interior decor. It was overwhelming. The menu has a plethora of food options. Never a dull moment when we dine here! Drinks were on point, and I love that grilled corn!
Tried the Mango Key Lime Cheesecake. It was very tasty.
The black guy was who was hosting in front today 01/02/24 at around noon was incredibly rude. Rolled his eyes and said, what do you want, When we approached counter. Food and server were great as always, but the host needs to be fired or get an attitude adjustment. No one is making him work there. :
The wait was short, especially considering it was New Year’s Eve. We did have to wait 15 minutes for the waiter to come to our table after we were seated, but once he was there, he didn’t outstanding job.
It's the best ever . ROD our male waiter has the best customer service in world. He recommended some great drinks and the food and customer service just over top . Thank you
