Went there for breakfast, I wasn?t expecting anything out of the ordinary however, the cashier was prompt and helpful. When I received my food i discovered that the portions seem much larger than I am accustomed to. The cashier also was very helpful and allowed me to try samples of each salsa to see which one I liked. This kind of service goes above and beyond what I expect and I commend them. View all feedback.

Rude Ton . They also put my meal laterally in the pocket, which leads to all my food being mixed together. I'm not going back. I'm sure what the employees want anyway. You're being paid, right? View all feedback.
We go to this Taco Cabana over others in the area because of the customer service. Tyler, the manager, remembers us and always takes great care of us. I'm grateful Taco Cabana started offering the Beyond Meat for vegetarians, vegans, or other health-conscious individuals. Thanks, Tyler, for giving us such a great experience
Worst experience I've ever had waited in drive thru for 35 mins after people pulled in behind me then the guy taking the order kept asking did you say something like he wanted to argue I guess two tacos flour tortillas 45 mins ridiculous.....never go back
Just an absolute catastrophe! The place is empty and they cannot get food out to customers! Got a redund for my meal after 15 minutes and went elsewhere.For those around me who did manage to get their food: everyone had table tents which would imply that staff should bring food to the table. What actually happened was that someone just yelled out the table tent number after slapping a meal on a counter, way off in a corner somewhere.Also: salsa bar empty.
Believe the bad reviews! The reviews are 1 or 5 stars, so we have tried this place as we have never eaten here. The staff is incredibly rude and sloppy, they have forgotten one of my articles or did not want to make it and just left out of my pocket. The food was as dirty and tasted as almost nothing without seasoning what ever. My hubs called to ask them about an order, and it ran 10 times, then they took off and just told him to wait, then hang on the phone before he could say a word. Honestly worse than Taco Bell (we both agreed that Taco Bell would have at least some taste) and customer service is worse than Mcdonald 's.
I was there last night, the manager was extremely rude had 2 employees. I was told to drive them for my food and then move forward and they would bring out my order. I waited 25 minutes when the manager yelled at me. He gave me the order when I came home. I ordered a combo that wasn't right and the fajita Burritos that I paid extra for cheese and sour cream, and of course it wasn't her and I paid an extra $2.50 for it. Never go back to this place and I will file a complaint against companies. The black man who said he was a manager, raised his voice and threw food on mine I am very disappointed in this institution.
