The weekend shift needs to improve their service. I'm not sure if they were short on staff or just slow today, but I placed my mobile order at 10:44 AM and waited over 25 minutes in the drive-thru for my food. In total, it took about 35 minutes from when I placed my order. When I reached the window, they still hadn’t prepared my order, so I ended up waiting an additional 5 minutes. I frequently visit this location during the week, even during the busy morning rush, and it has never taken this long. I get that they may be understaffed, but the three drinks I ordered were extremely watered down and lacked flavor. It totally ruined my morning.
I visited the cafe for a latte and a breakfast sandwich. It featured egg, bacon, and gouda cheese on a special roll. It was amazing!
I was the only one in line for a mobile order pickup and ended up waiting 10 minutes, only to be told, "Just a minute, we'll be with you shortly."
Love love love this store, they just nail it everytime! Super sweet staff.
Shout out to Tyran [sorry, I may be misspelling his name] but he helped me at the drive thru this morning (around 11am). He was extremely polite gave great service!
