Sonic Drive-in - Dallas

Every once in a while, I enjoy indulging in a cherry vanilla coke from a soda fountain. It tastes much better than from a bottle. This Sonic location served up a fantastic soda with their signature chewable ice. It was a pleasant experience and I thoroughly enjoyed my tasty treat.

Sonic is a favorite American spot! This particular Sonic was consistent with my past experiences. The staff was friendly and the service was great. The drinks I ordered were perfect! I was so pleased with this Sonic location that I even returned later that day because it's conveniently located near my new place. However, I tried the sour patch drink and was disappointed. As a big fan of sour patches, I don't think it should be on the menu.

We tried to get someone's attention at the restaurant, but two employees were outside not helping anyone. After waiting for a while, we saw other cars going to different stalls before we decided to do the same.

Usually this place is great and the workers are super friendly. I went through the ride today at 9 a.m., the checkout was unfriendly. I have no receipt. When I checked my bag, there were no cheese sauces in my pocket. I asked them, the cashier said they were on the bottom of the bag. They weren't. I showed him and then he pulled three out of his pocket and gave them to me. Really weird. I hope you can help him get the cheese out of the orders for yourself. My other experiences here were great so I'm sorry for the negative contribution.

I placed an order online and didn't have to wait long for my order. REESE brought out my food and he was amazing and the 5 stars are for him alone. He took the time to answer a completely Sonic-unrelated question for me and went into great details, did not rush me off or something like I was was wasting time. His customer service exceeds expectations and Sonic must give Reese an increase and/or promotion NOW.
