There’s a really cute little Vietnamese coffee place here. The staff was incredibly friendly and inviting. The coffee was exceptional. Definitely sip, do not chug this coffee, it’s very strong. Only iced coffee options! Will definitely be back for the kolaches. It’s not super crowded either. Was really nice for a late morning stop.Food: 5/5 View all feedback.
What Nelda W doesn't like about Sandwich Hag:
We came to try this place out after hearing a news story about this place and a James Beard award.Save your money, it was definitely not worth the money paid for 2 sandwiches and rice crispie treat $43 and some change with tip. Definitely not anything to brag about. The Vietnamese restaurants in Garland serve way better Banh Mi's for a fraction of the cost. Very dissappointed after making the 25 mile trek. The place was so adorable and cozy with a very sweet lady as the cashier. She double checks that you have everything you need! It all makes you feel a sort of nostalgia, like you’re right at home. It has pride potted plants and a beautiful mural. Just a warning that the coffee is extremely strong with a milkshake texture and will leave you on a high and shaking if you’re not careful. My friend got the pork ban mi which was delicious and I got their chocolate bread.Wheelchair accessibility: There are a lot of rocks, it’s unpaved ground.
I’ve been to chimlanh twice now, and I knew I needed to leave a review. The staff here is so unbelievably kind and welcoming, and their customer service skills are incredible. On top of that their donuts and drinks are amazing and the presentation is beautiful. Anytime I have someone come visit in Dallas I will be taking them here.Food: 5/5
Prepare your taste buds for a flavor revolution with the innovative Banh Mi sandwiches offered at this Vietnamese eatery. The fusion of traditional ingredients with creative twists will leave you craving for more. And don't forget to pair your sandwich with their must-try coconut coffee—a tantalizing beverage that perfectly balances the creamy richness of coconut with the invigorating kick of coffee.
Food was absolutely delicious!I had the HanoiChata, chocolate cake and tofu ginger sandwich, all three were so good!I can’t wait to go back and try more dishes.I ordered the food as takeout, but I couldn’t wait to eat it and ended up eating half of the sandwich before I got on the road. Everyone is super friendly!
