Pizza Hut - Dallas

The pizza was great as always, and I really appreciated the manager’s help with modifying my order after I had placed it through the app. It was a nice touch that they even opened the box for me to see the delicious pizza inside!

The food is delicious, but they could improve their curbside delivery by ensuring they bring the order to the correct side. It seems they either have trouble reading the instructions or don’t pay attention to the printout. For example, when I request delivery to the passenger side, they still come to the driver’s side window. Since I drive a small car, it can be tricky to pass the pizza across my face to place it in the passenger seat. If they simply delivered it to the passenger window, I could grab it easily and set it down without any hassle.

I was disappointed with my experience at the restaurant. My order was missing several items, and I had to take an Uber to the restaurant since they didn’t answer the phone. Honestly, I’m quite unhappy about the situation. The only reason I'm not giving a star rating is that there were only four people working there, including the delivery driver, and I felt sorry for her. However, I'm frustrated that I had to spend extra money to get my food.

After I finally called to check on my order, it took another hour to get the pizza delivered. The main reason I'm giving just one star, though, is the manager's lack of empathy. If he had simply acknowledged the trouble and confusion, I would have been perfectly fine. It’s baffling why some people seem intent on being rude. I strongly suggest that they have someone more customer-friendly handle these situations. I dislike complaining, but sometimes a simple apology can go a long way. Unfortunately, this manager was not prepared to provide that, which only made me feel worse, especially when dealing with hungry customers.
