Visited Pappas and had to wait because my shredded pigburger is more unknown to me. I got quite impatient because everyone else eats, so I asked the manager Juan Gonzales. Once this place had good potatoes and burgers for a fair price. What happened to this place? $16 for a BBQ baked potato and let me tell you it is not only worth in quantity, but also in quality. The meat was hard and fat without taste. You no longer have the topping bar or at least not on that day and I can't see that I'm going here when there are hard 8, Marshalls and countless other BBQ places here with better food... The food looked great and came in generous portions. I ordered two pork ribs, brisket, ranch beans, and potato salad. The ribs were decent but nothing special. The brisket was flavorful, though I wasn't a fan of the fat that was interwoven with the meat. The sides could have used a bit more flavor, but they were acceptable overall. The restaurant itself was spacious and clean, and the staff was friendly. As for whether I'd return, I'm on the fence about that.
We thoroughly enjoyed the chopped beef sandwich and fries; they were delicious and satisfying. The manager was welcoming and friendly, and even though we arrived close to closing time, we never felt hurried. Make sure to save room for dessert! We'll definitely be back.
The breakfast tacos are incredible! I was really thrilled to see that they have started serving them again!

All of the meat was tender and tasted great. Good BBQ sauce selections. Recommend.
