Panda Express - Dallas

I ordered sesame chickens and mostly got green beans. I asked for more meat and was told that the portion. I almost ran away. She finally put a reasonable amount of meat. Looks like you want customers to be happy and come back? I'm probably not going back soon. I would recommend Pei Wei only on the street where they do not insult your intelligence.

Ordered on 8 January at 6 pm via Uber Eats. I love Panda, but the food was AWFUL tonight! I took a sip of coke zero (God big) and it was completely flat. Not a single bubble and it was room temperature (they had no ice); I don't mind, but the drink wasn't even cold. I feel that the soda was also old or that they don't use their well drinks properly. I ordered orange chicken dish with half rice and chow mine. The orange chicken had an old taste and my first bite made me stink. I thought it was just a bad piece, but every other piece I ate was disgusting. We had to throw all the chicken out of our bowl. Very disappointed with food and beverage quality! I wouldn't be surprised if it was undercooked, it had a disgusting aftertaste.

I love the whipped steak duck! I always get the same escape whenever I go, but when I ordered today, the manager gave me a scoop when I asked for more, she told me "no". The one **** she gave me usually had paprika, there was hardly any meat in my bowl. What is the point to pay extra for the Premium Entrees if you get less food than the regular Entree? I love Panda, but not back to this particular place.

You don't even earn a star.... You have like the worst customer service they operate as if they don't want to be here and they are sloppy with packaging like some of my noodles are outside the box and they threw my sauce packages in the bag as they just don't like me and I don't know why, but I'm a paying customer I really want to have good customer service

Went to get takeout. I got a plate with beef and broccoli and spicy chicken. My granddaughter got a bowl with orange chicken. Service was quick and the staff was helpful. Food was hot delicious. Store was clean.Food: 5/5
