I have to concur with the previous review that the açaí base is quite disappointing. It has a strong lavender flavor and doesn't taste like anything I expected. It also has a creamy, icy texture that I didn't enjoy. I won't be returning unless they make some changes. View all feedback.
Nekter is part of a chain. The ingredients were very fresh in my seasonal pumpkin bowl. They had Nice selection of different kinds of bowls. The reason this is 4 stars and not five is because the granola is not as tasty as I?ve had at some other places. It just tasted bland and there wasn?t very much of it. Their prepackaged drinks were quite tasty. I got a chocolate and a berry and liked both. The day I was in they were buy one get one free because the drinks were close to the expiration date. I?m not sure how often that happens but it was certainly a great deal. I would definitely go back, but I might see if there is another kind of granola to try.
Very good! Love their fresh juices and acai bowls. I have downloaded the app and there are lots of promotions that are frequently sent out. I feel that it's a bit pricey so I only come to treat myself. Great place to come in the morning before work or after a workout on the weekend. Definitely recommend Nekter Juice Bar!

Never been in nectar and wanted to give them a try. The app was downloaded from the link I received via text? Claim your free 16 ounces. Juice or smoothie? and went to the store to get it some açaí bowls. The free juice smoothie offer was not displayed on the app, so I talked to the staff who then got to help the manager. He told me he couldn't have done anything that you had to wait 6 hours for the offer to load the app????, so I have to come back the next day. The staff were very friendly, especially the red-haired woman, I don't have her name but terrible customer service from the manager. Very bait and witch feeling? Just as it is to get you to the store, so you? You've got $32 from me today, but I've won, not back so they're lost in recurring business. Disappointed.
A test for customer service: I sat with friends and killed my smoothie. After we helped clean up the spill, the manager came out and gave me a new drink, free. It was so nice of them and really added a smile to our experience there.
