Mudhen - Farmer's Market - Dallas

It is closed, but open table allowed me to make a reservation?

Mudhen is the best of all time. I'm so sad that it's closed. I really hope they open up somewhere smaller. Dallsa needs a place like that!

The parking situation here is not a joke. It took over 15 minutes to find parking (also the garage was full), which made me too late for my reservation. I would have lost my place in the line for a table, but the hostesses were very appreciative. The service after that was not great. Not everyone at the table had a waterglass and only half of the people had cutlery. We were served a drink in a broken glass and had to ask several times for coffee creamers. The food was great (McMudhen, yogurt, egg cubes, pastries). I will probably come back just on the basis of how comfortable it is about Farmer's Market Shopping.

Mudhen was absolutely delicious. The food was fresh and light. We ate well, but didn’t feel miserably stuffed afterwards. It was also located in a perfect spot. We enjoyed a beautiful fall day at the Farmer’s Market.
