On a busy night following a week of frigid winter weather, the restaurant was bustling and vibrant, yet the service remained attentive. A standout moment was when the girls spontaneously joined the evening's singer in song. The atmosphere perfectly matched the bar's name, creating a lively ambiance that was anything but quiet. This was honestly the WORST service i have EVER received at a bar, a hotel bar especially. First, it was so overcrowded and over capacity there is no choice but to stand. Servers will yell at you and tell you to get out of their way. Once you move, another server will yell at you again for getting in their way. Drinks were also disgusting for the price paid. Wait staff clearly has poor training. Would never return to... View all feedback.
I love this hotel, I always had good service here. But this trip a lady at the reception (Justuce) was amazing!!! I can't say enough good things about her. She made me feel at home and my daughter. She answered all our questions and waved every time we came in the lobby. She told us about everything that happened during our stay at the hotel, it was great!!
Overall a good place to stay, nice and clean Hotel. Elevators seem a little sketchy. A bit pricey but worth it to be able to walk to so many places. Staff were all super friendly. Didn’t live that vallet was the only parking option, that was also a bit expensive considering what is already paid with the room.
When I booked the trip they had an airport shuttle. Apparently they do not. Upon arriving we were given room 212. Upon getting to the room we checked out the amenities. The toilet was 4 from a wall which is against building code. I had to lean towards the sink because my shoulders hit the wall. The bathroom and sink had no counter space so we had to put the toilet seat down to be able to use our toiletry kits. We were tired and did not want to go out to get something to eat so we ordered room service. We ordered a club sandwich, (3) brisket sliders, a cheese cake and tea. That was $50 but when we got the receipt they added an additional $29 in fees and Miscellaneous . This room happens to be above the bar where music is played until 1:30 AM. I called down to ask if we could be placed in another room because of the noise and was told there were no other rooms. They play music Thursday Saturday the days we happen to be staying. We tried to go another night and it was worse. Finally on Saturday we had a choice of finding a different hotel or go down to the Front Desk to see what they could do. Terri was at the desk and was very kind and understanding. She relocated us to the 6th floor on the other end of the hotel. Upon check out the front desk did not ask if we enjoyed our stay or if there was anything They could have done to make our stay better. For the $330/night I would have preferred a Motel 6.

There was also definitely a lot of seedy/sketchy activity going on and so i would not consider it a safe atmosphere. Save your time and money.
Nice place for live music on a Saturday night. Food menu is not large, but the food is good and the service is great.A little pricey, but a nice place to visit from time to time.
