Many patrons report extended wait times and inaccuracies in their orders, leaving some frustrated and unwilling to return. While the inviting atmosphere and extensive menu initially attract customers, inconsistency in meal preparation and service responsiveness are areas needing improvement. Nonetheless, certain visitors praise the delightful desserts and attentive staff, suggesting a potential for excellence. The challenge remains for management to align the restaurant's offerings with customer expectations, ensuring both satisfaction and reliability in future dining experiences.
On this icy day to see if they were open because many places were not. a heart answered and said we were more than welcome to come by. there were only 2 people working, but it was a nice gesture. that was great, but the desserts were better. had a great experience.
I've been going to one of these restaurants for years since I moved to the Dallas area. I did this today and I was happy about what they had to offer. when they go into them, they get the aura of france with decorations, art and music. the menu was quite extensive, which included lunch and dinner, breakfast, bakery and café options. I wanted to try a little of everything, so I ordered the country french breakfast, which consisted of 2 eggs her style, kartoffel galaxy (I really enjoyed that most,) speck, a few slices tomaten, and a croissant insisted. I've been overcrowded by my vulture because they don't offer sunnyside, but that was not a problem, the vultures were still really good. the kartoffels were full of taste, had some crisp to the outside, and whatever green in there was just tied it all together! bacon was perfectly cooked. the croissant with which I was a little hesitant, the outer was a little bit more crisp than I expected, but the interieur was so fluffy and soft it was the couple of au tu resistance (from my French oil) I also ordered an almond chocolate croissant, a chocolate mousse parfait I believe (I actually wanted a fruit parfait lole!) and choke!
The customer service is getting worse and worse every day. it took 20 minutes until someone picked up the phone so I could order. then when I'm here to pick up my food, no one was in the pick-up area. there were a series of people waiting for it, and no one even complained to ask if we needed help or if we had already helped. that's sad, that was one of my favorite restaurants.
I LOVE this place. The fruit tarts are my absolute favorite.
The customer service here is not up to standards. The food quality is poor. I will never return to this restaurant again. I tried to contact the manager called two times on different days and spent 15 minutes plus waiting for someone to pickup and nothing. Honestly was a waste of money I could’ve spent at another restaurant who could’ve provided quality food and great customer service.
