Walked in off the street looking for a previous restaurant that was here.Not sure what to expect from Kuai. They seem to be all over the place with their menu.The hot and sour soup with ground pork I chose was salty and insipid. I tried doctoring it up with the array of add-ins provided at the self-help counter, but ended up tossing it in the garbage.If I do come back, it won't be for the Hot and Sour soup. Very friendly staff and the unit is very clean and spacious! Food is great as well!
So convenient to grab lunch and the food is delicious! Always greeted with a nice smile too!
Beyond friendly staff and the food is fast and tasty! It's one of a few places in downtown Dallas that has a great variety of soups. I've never been disappointed with the quality of their food. I typically order steamed pork dumplings and side salad with Asian ginger dressing and enjoy every bite. I do miss their frozen yogurt machine though! Worth the ride down the escalator in the Republic Center. FYI: there is no formal seating. You walk up and take the food with you. Plenty of seating down the hall!
