I discussed the situation with the owner and requested a partial refund. Initially, she agreed, but later she changed her mind and declined the request. I wanted her to understand that maintaining good customer relations sometimes requires making concessions, as some customers would have insisted on a full refund in this situation. Ultimately, the cake did not match what we had paid for and was not ready on time. Due to the way this issue was handled, I likely will not order from this business again, as my concerns were not addressed satisfactorily.

And staff were always helpful and friendly, will order all my cakes here from now on
