Kabuki Japanese Dallas

My experience with this restaurant was quite frustrating. After arriving at my hotel due to heavy traffic, I attempted to call the restaurant to let them know I would be a few minutes late. However, the phone number listed on their website was incorrect, and there was no way to contact them through their site. The hotel concierge provided me with a different phone number, but that didn’t work either. I spent over 20 minutes trying to find the restaurant's number. Additionally, I couldn't change my reservation time online, and the Kabuki website didn’t even list the location of the restaurant where I had made my reservation. Overall, it was a complete nightmare.

My grandson is a big fan of everything Japanese, and although he can be a picky eater, he really enjoyed both the food and the overall experience. It was a wonderful part of his spring break.

I arrived at the restaurant at 2 o'clock, but the doors were locked. When I tried to explain the situation, the staff simply waved me off. I even called them, and they said they would open the door, but after waiting for 10 minutes, I never got a response. Instead, I saw them lounging at the podium.

Honestly, that was kind of a good-bye. we have made the reservations early after visiting on the website that there is a happy hour. but there is not. I think the place is without it a little pricy, and eating was slow/not all coming together. that is, everything tasted fine/as expected.

This is my favorite Sushi place! The food is AMAZING. The service could have been faster, but other than that we really enjoyed ourselves.
