Our server was very k... read more I had lunch yesterday with a group of 11 at Richardson Jasper's. We had a reservation and were promptly seated at a nicely arranged table. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and answered all of our questions thoroughly. He offered helpful suggestions and was very attentive throughout our meal. My friend and I shared the smoked baby back ribs, which came in generous portions alongside a creamy baked potato salad. The ribs were tender and flavorful, and I was quite pleased with the potato salad. We also ordered a side of jalapeño charred corn, which was delicious. At the end of our meal, those of us who had ribs were given warm, steaming cloths to clean our hands—a lovely touch! The manager also stopped by to greet us during our meal. Everyone in our group enjoyed their food as well, and we all agreed we would love to dine there again.
