Very frustrating to avoid any emergency closure or whatever happened, although they follow contact information and confirm the reservation on the previous day.

We arrived for our reservation, which had been booked weeks in advance, only to find the door locked and the place looking deserted. Their phone system is automated, making it impossible to speak to anyone directly. There was no information provided on their website or social media about any unexpected closure. It was incredibly frustrating to not have been notified of any changes, especially since they had our contact information from confirming the reservation the day before.

It's unclear whether this is a fault of OpenTable or if Kent Rathbun is unable to sustain a successful restaurant concept, as every restaurant he has opened has closed.
