Ihop - Dallas

We were in dallas for work and decided to stop quite late in the night for a quick bite. that was great and so was our waitress. the building was very small, but it wasn't a problem because it was late and only we and another were there. we're coming back!

This is my first time I come to this ihop. I tried to order a sampler, but it could not replace the regular sausage with a low-fat truthahn sausage because they did not have it. I am not sure why the healthy options are not there at ihop. I like American breakfast, but low wut or low carbohydrates or law fat is not an option since ... on the other side. was not bad and the service was ok.

Wish I remembered the name of the waitress we had. She was one of THEE best waitress ive had in a very long while. Older black lady. Hope Faith or Joy is coming to mind but I'm sure I'm way off. I should have asked for the manager that day to give her a compliment anyway most of the food was good I didn't really care for the blueberry French toast. Something about it was off. The pancakes were grrrreat as usual though.

Server was kind and attentive. Parking lot was trashed, but building inside was clean. My eggs were cooked right, but not my companions. Hash browns were not edible. French toast was extremely soggy.

Service was good and the waiter was very pleasant and quick. The food tasted good and was presentable. They did take a while to sit us down when there was no one there and the place looked unclean and it smell weird.
