We were seated after a group of three who arrived after us. Once we were at our table, the only thing brought to us were chips and three dips—nothing else. We waited so long that the floor manager came over to see if we had been assisted. Thankfully, he made sure we received some attention. It took his intervention just to get a glass of water. The food and drinks were delicious. The service was great
We were seated after a group of three who arrived after us. Once we were at our table, the only thing brought to us were chips and three dips—nothing else. We waited so long that the floor manager came over to see if we had been assisted. Thankfully, he made sure we received some attention. It took his intervention just to get a glass of water. While dinner was good, the service was lacking. I was reluctant to leave a tip, but my fiancé encouraged me to do so. I won’t be returning.
