Elaine's Kitchen - Dallas

I've been going there for years and until today I was so disappointed food was trash and I'm very sad to say this

Reddit reviews brought me here but l regretted the minute l started talking to the the waiter to order. Not very friendly even when l told her it was my 1st time. Then to the jerk chicken, it was red like it was cooked in beets did not taste like what l am used to...overall l won't be returning.

I just threw a jumping All White Afrobeats party that included Food, Drinks, and Hookah. I knew that I needed certain things to make is a success: Good DJ, Plenty of Drinks, Party People, Good Vibes, and certainly good food. For the African Food I used Bea 's Kitchen (Dallas), but for the Caribbean food I was recommended Elaine 's Kitchen. The party was a success and everyone said the FOOD WAS A HUGE HIT!!!! I had people guests who are Jamaican and from Dominica. Both asked me the same thing after eating Can I please take home a plate of this? They said it was absolutely delicious!!! Thanks a lot, Brian. Appreciate all your professional and kind customer service, Bro!

If you want some real Soul Food this is the place to be in Dallas.

Called and asked for a menu so we could order ahead, and received the WORST customer service I think I have ever gotten from a restaurant. She redirect me to her website, which it doesn't exist, and when i mentioned it took me to her Facebook page, she just said she was not going to give me more directions and I could go in if i wanted to see the menu. Probably the food is good but that call was a fever dream
