Dunkin' - Dallas

Literally the best Dunkin that I’ve been to. Super clean, the food looks nicely presented at the front, they didn’t run out of anything, the coffee came out perfectly. 10/10

I frequent this location a few times per week. It 's very busy, especially on the weekends but have never really had any issues. I ordered 2 old fashioned donuts and my usual coffee the other day (mobile order) and when I got there, they were out of the donuts. The manager/supervisor asked if I 'd like 2 different donuts and I said sure. She apologized sincerely and I told her it was no big deal. Fast forward to the next day, I went in for my coffee and when I picked up my order, the girl that handed it to me also handed me a bag with 2 old fashioned donuts in it and said she said to give these to you too. That was very thoughtful and nice of the manager/supervisor to do that and it really shows they value their regular customers. 10/10 would suggest she gets a raise and promotion!

How difficult is it to put the correct donuts in a bag? My daughter has Door Dashed your location twice. Both times, wrong! Both times, the receipt showed the correct product. Very sloppy work.

Past few times I’ve come here it’s always someone new working. An each time my coffee is made wrong and I’m given a attitude when I ask if they can make it again.

Said that if you buy a Medium coffee you get a $3 sausage egg sandwich. It was not, it was full price and they said “it’s only if you buy a regular coffee” like the cold brew wasn’t double the price of a regular. It’s not about the $2, it’s the principle
